Wavy Hair Tutorial

I have decided to write some tutorials on how I draw cartoon-dolls and the first one is How to draw wavy short hair.

This tutorial is a Pixel based tutorial , it is done in adobe photoshop but any paint program that allows layers will work and you will also need to get a base I have used my "Candy Doll Base" which can be found in my Gallery.

The tutorial is rather large so do save it to your own computer for easier reading and let me know what you think on it any feedback would be helpful and do let me know what type of tutorials you would like to see me make.
